At Prizely, we're committed to creating a safe, respectful, and rewarding environment for all users. These Community Guidelines outline the behavior we expect from everyone who uses our platform. By following these guidelines, you help us maintain a positive community where everyone can enjoy earning rewards.

1. Respect All Users

  • Treat all members of the Prizely community with respect and courtesy
  • Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
  • Respect others' privacy and do not share their personal information
  • Be mindful of cultural differences and diverse perspectives

2. Play Fair

  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automated methods to complete offers or tasks
  • One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed
  • Complete offers honestly and follow the requirements specified
  • Do not attempt to manipulate the system or exploit bugs/glitches
  • Report any bugs or issues to our support team rather than exploiting them

3. Communicate Appropriately

  • Keep communication clean and appropriate for all ages
  • No hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content
  • Do not spam, flood, or disrupt any communication channels
  • Avoid discussions of politics, religion, or other potentially divisive topics

4. Protect Account Security

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Prizely account
  • Never share your account credentials with others
  • Be cautious of phishing attempts — Prizely will never ask for your password
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Log out when using shared or public devices

5. Respect Intellectual Property

  • Do not share copyrighted material without permission
  • Respect trademarks, logos, and brand guidelines
  • Give proper attribution when sharing content created by others
  • Do not create or share unauthorized copies of games or apps

6. Report Violations

  • Report any violations of these guidelines to our support team
  • Provide specific details when reporting issues
  • Do not publicly accuse others of violations
  • Help us keep the community safe by being vigilant

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

  • Warnings from the Prizely team
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Removal of earned points or rewards
  • Permanent account termination in severe cases
  • Potential legal action for serious violations

The severity of consequences will be determined based on the nature and frequency of violations, as well as the user's history.

8. Multiple Accounts Policy

To keep things fair for everyone and protect our partners, we strictly enforce a one-account-per-person policy.

  • Each person may have only one Prizely account. Creating, using, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts is not allowed.
  • We use security systems (including device checks, IP patterns, and behavior analysis) to detect duplicate or linked accounts.
  • Shared devices are allowed, but each person must use only their own account. Do not log into someone else’s account or let others use yours.
  • Do not create additional accounts to bypass bans, reverse chargebacks, repeat onboarding, or farm referral/bonus rewards.
  • Violations may result in balance removal, reversal of rewards, and permanent bans across related accounts and devices.
  • If you believe your account was flagged in error, contact support with details so we can review.
