These Referral Terms govern your participation in the Prizely referral program. By participating in our referral program, you agree to these terms.
1. No Duplicate Accounts
Each person may only have one Prizely account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional referral rewards is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.
2. Monitoring and Verification
We actively monitor all referral signups and rewards for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to review, verify, and reject any referral rewards that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or violate these terms.
This includes, but is not limited to, detecting duplicate accounts, automated signups, fake accounts, or any other activity that violates the spirit of our referral program.
3. Automatic Rejection of Suspicious Activity
Referral rewards may be automatically rejected if our systems detect suspicious patterns, including:
- Multiple signups from the same device or IP address
- Accounts that show signs of being fake or automated
- Accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Any other activity we determine to be fraudulent or abusive
4. Reward Eligibility
Referral rewards are only earned when a referred friend successfully creates an account, verifies their identity, and meets all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards if the referred user's account is later found to be in violation of our terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals
- Spamming referral links on public forums or websites
- Using misleading or deceptive practices to encourage signups
- Any other activity that violates our Terms of Service
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Referral Terms at any time. Continued participation in the referral program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
